What You'll Do

  • Handle and resolve client support tickets using email, chat, WhatsApp, BIM LOG, and other platforms
  • Provide assistance on software usage, troubleshooting, and general operational questions
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with POS software, hardware, and business systems
  • Access client machines remotely to troubleshoot and install updates or fixes
  • Upgrade and maintain BIM POS software and patches on client systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Help improve documentation by writing and editing user manuals

We are looking to hire an IT Coordinator in our offices in Beirut who is eager to learn and complete tasks on time. The candidate should be responsible for implementing IT (software & hardware) projects on time in a fast pace environment, keep up with new technologies and has willingness to learn on new trends and ideas.
