This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Software Quality Assurance Specialist at BIM POS for our location in Beirut, Lebanon. The Junior Software Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to software quality assurance.

Job Duties:

• Software testing (desktop, web, and mobile applications), making sure all deliverables are as per the requirements
• Reporting and reproducing bugs
• Creating and executing test case scenarios
• Conduct post-release implementation/regression testing (manual and automated).
• Suggest enhancements and optimization to the existing modules/features.

Must-Have:

• Degree in computer or business-related fields
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work and focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and the application of major testing methods
• Good Documentation skills (test case scenarios, bug reporting, test plan document)
• Good Collaboration within an Agile team
• Good written communication skills (English)

Good to have:

• Experience in POS/Retail systems (hospitality or food service industry)
• Experience in implementing automated testing tools.
