We are looking for a Software Implementer/Specialist who loves teaching and training users. Who are customer centric and eager to learn.

We need you to implement, train, and support clients' in regards to our Software, remotely and on-premises, with positive attitude having the willingness to grow in a fast pace environment.

 

Job Purpose

You will be training and implementing software solutions to clients while offering full support and technical assistance to clients who are using BIM POS software, POS hardware and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to clients’ computers.

 

Job Duties

  • Training users on the software
  • Managing the installation project and support users during and after implementation
  • Installing, troubleshooting, testing and repairing basic computer software issues.
  • Creating and resolving support tickets through email, chat, whatsapp, BIM LOG and other digital platforms
  • Providing technical assistance for business operation questions and problems.
  • Resolving problems with software and other computer systems.
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues.
  • Enforcing best use practices for clients based on their specific activity and operation.
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues.
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve support methods.
  • Installing or updating software patches to fix issues.
  • Upgrading BIM POS software applications and install patches at clients.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Customer Service Guidelines (Customer Excellence Driven)
  • Great phone communication guidelines.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a support or similar IT position.
  • Studying or completed MIS degree or similar degree in the IT field
  • Positive-Yes attitude
  • Good in English

Plus:

  • Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Basic Programming knowledge is a plus.

Job Purpose

Offer support and technical assistance to customers who are using BIM POS software, POS hardware, or other computer systems and need help completing tasks or troubleshooting problems through diagnostic tests and remote access to clients’ computers.

Job Duties

BIM POS Egypt is looking to hire a vibrant and dynamic Telesales Agent, preferably female, to make cold calls and schedule appointments for Sales Reps:

The Telesales Agent should be able to:

  • Introduce the company and gather information about decision makers, get phone numbers, and schedule appointments for presales meetings via the telephone.
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
  • Make cold calls, answer phone calls from interested prospects and identify the customer's needs.
  • Identify and outreach potential customers by researching about clients on the internet (yellow pages, social media…)
  • Communicate with targets to decide whether to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Reach out to leads (potential sales contacts) and nurture them into “opportunities.
  • Apply various sales prospecting techniques, from making calls to sending direct mail, attending networking events, and connecting on social platforms like LinkedIn and social media.
  • Do the initial contact with a lead and use our CRM platform to register the information about the lead into the pipeline
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Persuade the customer to accept the initial meeting by demonstrating how our product meet their needs
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software , and ERP)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, Support, Clients)

Required Skills

  • Prior business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with managing customer expectations
  • Technical aptitude and knowledge is important, along with the ability to translate the complexities of technology to a lay person’s language
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English & Arabic communication skills. French is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office, especially Excel
