BIM POS achievements in year 2021

A challenging year behind us and a bright year ahead!

2021/12/30
By Nadine Hashem

As we stepped into the new year, we wanted to reach out to all of you to thank you for an amazing year!

It was hard and  it was challenging with all the ups and downs that encountered our business whether it was the pandemic restrictions and constraints or the economic crisis that hit our region and greatly impacted the hospitality sector.

Everybody seemed to be struggling to survive in an unexpectedly changing market and fluctuating prices and costs.

Despite all the disruptions, we were able to bring this year to considerable and impressive achievements.

But we didn’t do it all by ourselves.

It was only with the collaboration of our team & stakeholders, clients, families and friends who endured the hard times that made everything possible.

We all believed in brighter days to come and we worked hard to end the year distinguishably.

This year has marked our journey with multiple successes that we’d like to share with all of you in celebration of new beginnings, opportunities and resilience.

BIM POS 2021 in a glimpse

A new country

BIM POS has opened in Ghana in 2021

BIM POS has reached the African continent through Ghana with a promising franchise.

Reaching the African continent after successfully franchising in the UAE, is a courageous step to make and that we worked hard for, especially during the pandemic restrictions.

We are only looking for more expansions in different countries that we hope to penetrate in the future through consistent and hard work.

New products

As for the products, we never stop looking to add new products to our range to cover all our clients’ needs.

Queue Management Screen for Customers in restaurants

The first product that was added is the queue management system QMS that manages customer flow. It efficiently manages and handles customer requests. In other words, it manages the customer waiting experience.

It also improves staff and customer satisfaction, leading to an overall improved service quality and cost optimization.

When a customer places an order, a number will be generated allowing them to track their order. Surely, it’s all interlinked with KMS and back office reports.

The second product is the self ordering kiosk that is a self-service food ordering system enabling customers to place orders directly at the kiosk.

It’s a cost effective way to serve customers while reducing the face-to-face interaction especially with the spread of Coronavirus.

New integrations

As for the integrations added, there are 6 new integrations to keep you at the top of your business.

  • Shopify: You can now access more than a million stores with shopify since we’re fully integrated with the #1 ecommerce platform for businesses to boost your business, enabling you to efficiently manage your inventory and your customers and process your orders.

  • Third party food ordering applications: Connect your POS easily with third party food ordering platforms for efficient online ordering that keeps you in control of your business including inventory management and CRM.

  • Website ecommerce: Integrate your ordering e-commerce website or food ordering application to your POS and Inventory solutions. All your products, prices, clients, orders and deliveries will be directly linked to your back office once integrated without the hassle of working on different platforms.

  • Deliverect (Zomato, Talabat, Hungerstation, Ubereats): BIM POS Deliverect integration links your orders from food ordering apps to your Deliverect system account and POS system. This integration is an excellent way to streamline your ordering to your existing POS system. It reduces human errors and efficiently manages your time since you don’t need to add orders manually to your POS.

  • SAP business one: A single and affordable solution to manage and automate all the aspects of your small and medium sized business — from accounting, inventory, sales and customer relationships to reporting and analytics.

  • EMAAR: Integrate your sales directly to EMAAR and your POS.

Different platforms that we are fully integrated with

All these new integrations now have a page to configure and set up from the Back Office.
